Air Plant Care: Even though air plants don't require any soil, they still need some attention. Air plants do need a small amount of water and a certain amount of light. They also require the right temperature in order to grow.
Watering Air Plants: Air plants need to be watered about once a week, although some plants can go two weeks before they are watered. To water, place them in the sink with enough water to submerge your plants. Let them soak for about half an hour, then turn them upside down on a towel to let them drain. Once they are dry, return them to their designated spot. You can also mist them every other day between baths to keep them looking fresh, especially in winter when humidity in our homes tends to be lower.
Light Requirements: Keep plants out of direct sunlight.
Temperature Requirements: Air plants prefer warm temperatures if grown indoors. Keep plants in environments that are above 45 degrees.
