WHAT IF YOU TRY TO DELIVER FLOWERS, BUT NO ONE IS HOME?

We call first prior to delivering flowers. We will drop off flowers in a safe location if we determine it is appropriate and then follow up with a phone call. Customers may need to pick-up flowers at our shop if there are no other options. 

WILL I RECEIVE ORDER, PICK-UP AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS?
As of 10/28/2022: For all orders, customers will receive order, pick-up and delivery confirmations via email only, we will no longer be sending these via phone/text. If you want to receive order, pick-up and delivery confirmations, please list your email address instead of your phone number under Contact Information at check-out.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We provide local flower and gift delivery service to the following cities: Solon, Bertram, Cedar Bluff, Cedar Rapids, Coralville, Ely, Fairfax, Hiawatha, Iowa City, Lisbon, Marion, Mount Vernon, North Liberty, Shueyville, Sutliff, Swisher, Tiffin, Walford and West Branch.

DO YOU OFFER WEDDING CONSULTATIONS?
Yes, we offer free, 1-hour wedding consultations. Please contact Elissa, owner of E's Florals, at 319-624-3121, to set up a wedding consultation.

I FORGOT AN ITEM, CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER?
We are not able to add or subtract items once your order has been processed. Our orders are completed quickly, so once you place your order, we cannot make any changes. You will need to place another order if you want to add additional items. Please contact us at 319-624-3121, if you have any questions.

DO YOU PLACE FLOWER ORDERS FOR DELIVERY ANYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES?

No, we no longer offer this service. 

DO YOU SHIP FRESH FLOWERS AND PLANTS?

No, E's Florals is a brick & mortar store and we only deliver fresh flowers and plants locally.

DO YOU SHIP DRIED FLOWERS AND GIFTS? 

No, we do not ship any of our products at this time.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We do not accept returns, but we do offer exchanges in the same amount of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase by phone at 319-624-3121 so we may personally help resolve any issue.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
The law requires E's Florals to charge sales tax on all orders.
